Standard License Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or using assets from Gelos Games, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These assets are provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, and royalty-free license.

1. Grant of License (Allowed Usage)

You are granted a license to use the assets according to the following permitted uses:

• Unlimited Projects: You may use the assets in an unlimited number of commercial and non-commercial video game projects, experiences, and interactive media (including UEFN / Fortnite Creative maps).
• Modification: You may modify, alter, and adapt the assets to fit the specific aesthetic and technical needs of your projects.
• Marketing: You may use the assets in rendered promotional materials, trailers, and marketing campaigns related to your interactive projects.

2. Restrictions (Prohibited Usage)

To protect our creators and intellectual property, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• No Resale or Redistribution: You may NOT redistribute, resell, sub-license, or share the source files of these assets, whether modified or in their original form.
• No Standalone Distribution: Assets must be embedded or packaged within a compiled game or interactive product. They cannot be distributed in a way that allows end-users to extract the raw asset files.
• No Open-Source Inclusion: You may NOT include these assets in open-source projects or public repositories (like GitHub) where the raw files can be freely downloaded by others.
• No AI Training: You may NOT use these assets, in whole or in part, to train, feed, or fine-tune artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• No NFTs or Blockchain Minting: You may NOT mint the assets as standalone Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or digital collectibles.
• No Malicious Content: You may NOT use the assets in projects that promote illegal activities, hate speech, or defamatory content.

3. Ownership

This license grants you the right to use the assets; it does not transfer ownership. Gelos Games (and its respective creators) retain all original copyrights, intellectual property rights, and title to the assets.

4. Liability

Assets are provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for the highest quality and compatibility, Gelos Games makes no warranties regarding the fitness of the assets for a particular purpose or future engine updates. Gelos Games shall not be held liable for any data loss, project corruption, or financial damages arising from the use or inability to use the assets.
